they forgot to bring my grandmother's food even after we pointed it out a good 6 times. the waitress seemed to be annoyed by our requests. I had to go to the kitchen myself to request the dish and a guy informed me that they had lost the order ticket (the waitress hadn't said anything).

The hotel is located in a strategic place a few kilometers from the center, has the bus stop in front of the entrance which allows you to move easily and without cost since at check in is issued a pass with which you can access all means of transport for free. The cleaning is excellent, the staff is very helpful and in particular the cook is always ready to meet the needs of the customer. We enjoyed the typical Tyrolean dishes, to improve the side dishes that are little varied and the breakfast that is scarce for the reduced number of cakes. Another aspect to improve concerns the bathroom kit, it is scarce, should be added products for customer care and hygiene. The furnishings are cared for and even the Christmas decorations make the environment familiar and welcoming. A note of credit to the owner Manfred, kind person and extremely helpful. I recommend it and will definitely return. Rating 9/10

Nice hotel but some of the rooms have not been renovated....and they stuck me in one of the old ones!! The old room was from the 60's and pretty well used...I bit close to the road but the noise is minor. Had dinner at their restaurant and it was not bad even though the waiter had forgotten me as I was sitting around the corner. He was very sorry and came to apologise 3/4 times afterwards!
