We returned home yesterday and we already miss this place, a lot. It is the third year in a row that we choose it and it doesn't even cross my mind to look for an alternative. Here you are simply welcomed, accepted, pampered, accompanied in everything. They make you feel like family, in a beautiful happy family. From the reception always with the smiling girls ready to answer any doubt/request. At the bar and restaurant with the Angel of the children who never disappoints, this year together with many young people Sofia, Marta, Francesco the maitre d' Cosimo. Everyone bringing a smile, joking, and even helping in moments of panic with the little one who would scream as soon as I got up from the table. A fork falls and they pick it up immediately, but not annoyed, with a smile and maybe they make a joke to the little girl. The mini club with Gabriela, Sara, Domenica, Alessandro (I don't remember all the names) super sweet with the children, even with the kids who might have more difficulty leaving their parents to play, they do everything to make them feel at ease. Sara is a dragonologist who enchanted everyone during the walk, adults and children alike, we were there listening to what the baby dragon, still in its egg, answered to the questions she asked it on behalf of the children. The cleaning ladies who do an exceptional job and are also very nice, there is the lady who defined herself as the "crazy grandma for happy children" and in fact she is also really great with the children.
