We felt extremely comfortable at JULIANE and greatly enjoyed the beautiful garden area including the outdoor pool or the indoor pool. All staff members were always very helpful, quick, and friendly, and the food (perhaps a bit more variety at breakfast would be great) was very good. Even with demanding assistance that has nothing to do with the actual hotel operations, help was provided promptly and energetically (great!). Overall, it was an outstanding vacation time, and we would gladly return.

Family-run hotel in the best location with direct, free bus connections. E-bikes can be rented and will be ready for you at the hotel upon your arrival. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and fulfills your wishes. The meals, as well as the breakfast buffet, leave nothing to be desired and taste excellent. Upon request, a small lunch menu is also available. The pool is also very clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Drinks and cake can also be ordered at the pool. Fitness equipment as well as a beautiful indoor pool are very appealing. Overall, a place for relaxation. A hotel for young and old, families, and also gladly with dogs.

Very nice vacation in Merano. We will come back. I can only recommend it.
