Strong point for hospitality, kindness, availability. The very large room with spacious bathroom. All very nice and clean. The wellness center collected and intimate. My applause goes to the chef and his brigade for well-groomed dishes and top quality raw materials, we had three delicious gourmet dinners. We thank all the staff for this wonderful experience.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy, clean and tidy environment. The room was spacious, equipped with the necessary amenities, warm and quiet. Breakfast, for us, was great and plentiful! A rich and quality buffet. The Spa is small, intimate and well maintained! We really enjoyed it!! The location could be seen as a negative note, however the property is quiet and strategic for business trips and also at the tourist level is great because in a short time you can reach the nearby valleys.

Actually a nice hotel but never worth 4 stars. The location is not special. The reception was virtually never staffed during our stay (4 days). Even at the start and finish. During this time, several of my fellow passengers got stuck in the elevator a total of 3 times. Once for over 30 minutes, as the alarm system also did not work. The head of the house showed no insight to apologize. He sought the blame of my fellow passengers. The breakfast was emptied after 8.00 am and was not or much too late. I haven't experienced the fact that a bar in a fully occupied house closes at 9pm. Room and food were good. Service staff excellent (except for the boss) We were traveling with a group of over 30 people. I will not visit this house with any more groups. There was also no welcome and no farewell.
