Hotel Il Gentiluomo

Excellent value for money. New property, very kind staff.

I have been to the Gentiluomo many times for work and I have always found it good both for the accommodations and for the courtesy of the staff members. Last night I stayed at the Gentiluomo but I had the unpleasant surprise of the restaurant being closed and instead there was a Dinner Bar! Reheated dishes charged at the price of fresh ones! The quality was not good, especially the pasta. Not to mention that the waitress was alone and the waiting times were long. I would not have expected such a thing from the hotel; it would have been better if they had kept the restaurant closed. Caciolli Lorenzo

This hotel should be downgraded a couple of stars at least because does not offer the services that is supposed to offer: No telephone in the room No air conditioning with a temperature of 30 degrees outside. The reason for not air con apparently it is not allowed until June . What kind of excuse is this? No international television, only national and the remote does not work anyway. A total rip off.
