Splendid room in an equally splendid setting overlooking Piazza Grande. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable room.

I had booked a room that appeared spacious and bright in the photos, furnished with style, ideal for me and my two children. Instead, they assigned us a totally different room, dark, that smelled old, with a dramatic view of the sad internal courtyard, horrible bedspreads, and no care for the decor. From what I have read in some reviews, it has happened to other tourists as well. So I deduce that many are lucky and are assigned the beautiful room actually booked. Some, however, have the misfortune of ending up in this room, called Mecenate, which is not in line with what is shown of the hotel on the sites and, above all, is not in the least what was chosen. I don't understand how their booking system works; there must be something wrong, or they try anyway to dump the Mecenate room on some unlucky tourist. I must say that, however, the girl at the reception was very, very kind and professional. I decided to leave and they immediately refunded what I had paid.

My wife and I were there, on a journey of the idea that began a l ittle while ago, of getting to know Italy as much as possible... this time too we discovered Arezzo, a city full of history, culture, traditions... but also this beautiful B&B, a fantastic service managed by very kind, professional staff. Beautiful, large room We tasted products during the tasting and bought them immediately. I highly recommend it
