I found the room terribly stuffy due to the lack of artificial light; when opening the curtains, there is a semi-closed window covered by an external structure and completely covered in bird droppings. In the bathroom, there was a layer of dust on the sink, the ventilation system was not working, and the electric cord of the hairdryer had been fixed with tape. The sliding wardrobe doors are difficult to open, and I won't even mention under the bed... Mini-bar absent; that's why we were supposed to have a higher-level room. Tomorrow morning we will see the breakfast, but it doesn't promise anything good to me. Generally, I do not leave reviews, but in this case, I felt obliged to do so.

Very small room with large window whose view was partially impeded by an external structure. The towels for the second person were not present and we had to go down to pick it up at reception. In the stairwell and elevator shaft there was a bad smell of sewage. The amazing breakfast: very little choice, only packaged products except a panettone and some yogurt. The cap and the coffee undrinkable. Never again.

We had a very good time, quiet hotel with very kind and helpful staff, very clean room with air conditioning working and adjustable, great location with pharmacy , supermarkets and pizzerias, ice cream shops nearby. However we would like to give a tip regarding breakfast where we found almost all packaged products and only one type of croissants that were once very hard. All it takes is a few homemade cakes and some fresh croissants! Otherwise great stay! Thank you!
