The place is nice and the service is okay, with staff who are also kind. But the management leaves a lot to be desired. Premise: if you pay almost 300 euros a day for a residence, I wouldn't say I demand that everything works perfectly, but almost. And instead, I must have been unlucky, let's put it that way, but in order: 1) garage occupied by another car (but this obviously does not depend on the internal management) 2) non-existent air conditioning (crazy), in the rooms there are ceiling fans and it is absurdly hot, at night you don't get a wink of sleep (a feeling shared with other people, by the way) 3) in my case, the fans didn't work, I had to wait until the third day before they were fixed 4) the entrance door lock was broken, although honestly this was replaced for me immediately 5) The shower tray leaks water and the bathroom floods, every time you have to dry everything, a mess. I would add that the pool (very beautiful) is for a fee, 30 euros per week per adult, another aspect that I frankly understand little, considering the 300 euros per night per apartment. I repeat, nice place, but at certain prices, a different level of accuracy is needed. I will certainly return to Elba, but just as certainly I will look for different accommodation than this one

The apartment is rundown. The ceiling fan doesn't work, it's terribly hot. The kitchen is dirty and infested with ants.

Given that the location and the resort are very well maintained, as one would expect from a resort of this level. The disappointment is therefore linked to the conditions and amenities of the apartment. Upon our arrival around the scheduled time, the apartment was not ready; in fact, cleaning operations were being finalized. Once we entered, the sofa bed for the 2 kids had not been prepared, there were no instructions for raising the second bed off the floor, and in the compartment underneath the sofa (where the bed was located) we found all kinds of dirt, including tissues, leaves, and cotton. Having pointed out to management that we expected an apartment worthy of the place's classification, the receptionist was very kind and professional, promptly sending us the cleaning lady and the maintenance worker. However, the room, along with the plumbing and electrical system, appears outdated and in some cases non-functional (electrical systems). The room does not have Schuko outlets, so I recommend bringing an adapter from home. Although it is specified in the apartment description, I believe it would be appropriate to replace the outdated ceiling fans with an air conditioning system, which would help eliminate the musty smell inside the closets that we were therefore unable to use. The outdoor park, while well-maintained, does not have benches that would allow one to fully enjoy it. I believe the place has great potential but that it is not being fully exploited. However, the internal restaurant, Il Giardino degli Aranci, is recommended. I don't think we will return to the island, but even if we did, I doubt we would stay at this resort again.
