Villa fiorelli
In the nice city of Prato you will find Ostello Villa Fiorelli. A cheap place to stay, but don't expect luxery. Just an hour drive from Florence, Bologna or Siena, so always something to do. You need a car to explore the area. Public trasport in the city is not that big and the hostel is not downtown. Trains to Florence run every 30 minutes and is a nice daytrip.
What can you expect from the hostel? It's outside the town, situated in a little parc, this is a good place for a little morning jog. Beautifull views over the surrounding mountain area. It has a Outside terrace and lounge area, inside a living room and in the basement a recreation area and breakfast place. We payed 20 euro a night for a 4 persons room, including a croissant breakfast and unl. coffee/tea. On the room bunk beds (with linnen), shower, closets and toilet.
