Immersion in the vineyards 3 km from the village of Bolgheri Very close to the cellars of the sassicaia and the lands of the marquisate Clean and well organized structure Breakfast in the room Parking included Comfortable kitchen in the room Missing a wardrobe to put your clothes and napkins in the kitchen Friendly and helpful staff

Perfect location for those who want to visit wineries and territories surrounded by vineyards. The structure would be beautiful, but unfortunately with many flaws. Entrance poorly cared for, reception a bit 'messy, cold reception. Access to our room is outside and we are accompanied walking down a driveway with a green carpet, bumpy and in the evening completely in the dark. Half of the external spotlights don't work and we had to light up with the phone flashlight. The room would also be very nice, spacious, on two floors, with kitchen space. Poor lighting, small and not very functional bathroom. The shower didn't fit up and I had to wash myself with the handset in my hand. Smells damp and small sink. Pretty clean. In the refrigerator we found two slices of bread and cheese that who knows how long they had been there. Breakfast is booked the night before and is brought to your room in the morning. Breakfast without art nor part. A real shame because the structure would have immense potential.

We stayed at this property for a family weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Structure with much potential but not exploited. Poorly maintained entrance, cobwebs in several places and room with lots of dust. In the room there is a small dated kitchenette with noisy fridge. The television placed on a table behind the column that holds the staircase of the mezzanine, so we moved it to the table to be able to see it in full. Poor bathroom cleaning and alas with bad smell. In short, for the really disappointing price paid.
