The apartment we were given does not correspond to any of the photos they published, neither on their website nor on Booking. Both air conditioners were not working (one even stayed open and made noise when turned off); we reported the problem, but no one repaired it, nor did they change our accommodation, nor did they give us a discount considering we paid for a service we could not use. It was unbearably hot and we could not even keep all the windows open because many had broken screens. One window was even missing a piece of the windowsill. The window frames were obviously rotten. Let's not even talk about the bathroom... the sink drains were disgusting, the heated towel rack was peeling, and there was no shower enclosure (there is a curtain). Very old furniture... the sofa was so old and dusty that when I sat down, a cloud of dust rose up that made it feel like being in the Po Valley with the fog. The pool is very scenic and charming, it's just a shame that there was slime in the corners... pools need to be cleaned! I cannot be of help regarding breakfast... given how the apartment looked, we preferred to avoid it. It's a shame because the property has enormous potential; it just needs to be taken care of and cleaned more. All the more reason considering the prices of the apartments. If I pay for a service like air conditioning, I expect to have it, especially if it is 104 degrees out!

We just spent 4 nights in this fairytale farmhouse, managed in an excellent way by Giada, with the help of Maria and the super handyman... without forgetting the ladies who lovingly prepare the excellent breakfasts every morning. The property is wonderful and very well-kept, the cleanliness is top-notch, the infinity pool is a jewel set in the valley... and the peace you breathe is priceless... we will definitely be back... compliments to everyone because in a world where nothing is valued, you teach us what passion for one's work and respect for the structures of the past mean, brought back to life so that everyone can enjoy them... thanks for the unforgettable vacation Anna and Giancarlo

What a pleasant surprise! I stayed in the beautiful villa with my husband and friends in May 2026, and we had a wonderful time! The property is truly excellent, well-kept, and welcoming. The villa is stunning with large lounges and a spectacular view. The infinity pool is scenic and also equipped with very comfortable double sunbeds with cushions! I recommend Boschi di Montecalvi to those seeking a somewhat secluded place, immersed in nature, yet only a few kilometers from the sea. The view is breathtaking; we will return! Highly recommended ;-)
