I think legally they have their reasons, but humanly they're bad. I do not recommend the use of Smartbox boxes

wonderful hotel 5 minutes from Siena. really comfortable room, spotless. Excellent breakfast and also delicious restaurant. Very kind and nice staff. immersed in the green of Siena and in the peace of the countryside, I also report the restaurant adjacent to the hotel great food

Myself and my friends had the most wonderful experience at Hotel Castello in San Rocco a Pilli. We were a large party of seven, travelling from London to Tuscany (some of us for the first time). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly greeted by the owner Marinella - who provided a service for us that was of the highest standard. Equally, when pre-planning parts of our itinerary (from London), the receptionist Valeria couldn't have been anymore helpful! Unfortunately, whilst we pre-booked, our taxi company (in Siena) let us down, Marinella and Valeria went out of their way to resolve the situation - this was far and beyond what we expected and we're eternally grateful! It's a clean, peaceful and beautiful place to stay, with stunning views - we're already looking forward to our next visit already!
