Hotel Le Ville

I spent the holidays at this hotel for New Year's Eve. I personally have toured a lot and have got to stay in several hotels. This was the absolute worst, apart from the very nice and clean room, the rest a real disaster. From the restaurant to the organization. Bad food, poor menu and disgraceful service to say the least. A hotel without a lobby, end of year dinner with a menu that even in an inn is not presented as badly as it was presented in this hotel. What can I say, I do not want to dwell any longer but surely I will not set foot here again.

The property is easily accessible, has private parking, spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. The Italian breakfast plentiful and varied. Very nice and helpful staff. Connected to the hotel there is the restaurant that can be accessed and there are both Tuscan dishes and pizza cooked in a wood oven. Council certainly

We stayed at the Hotel le ville at Lucca Comics and Games for three days and had a great time: the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The friendly and helpful staff always put us at ease. The restaurant attached to the property was a pleasant and positive addition to the whole experience: we could enjoy great pizzas, first courses and breakfasts in an informal and family atmosphere. The manager was always kind and nice as well as the waiters attentive to every detail. Less than 15 minutes from the center of Lucca this hotel has allowed us to live unforgettable days on the occasion of the event we attended. I'd say we'll definitely meet again next year. Thank you for everything❤️
