Beautiful villa with nice amenities (loved the indoor pool & private terrace). Fabulous restaurant for dinner - we loved it so much we went back twice to eat there! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We also loved meeting sweet Ambra, the owners’ dog. Would come back!

Guilia and family, and staff that work this very special bed and breakfast made our experience so great. I wanted to experience the Toscana Chianti countryside and the authentic feel of the small surrounding towns and castles. Villa di Sotto was located to where I could get the family feel they gave and travel to Florence, Siena and Chianti region, THIS is the place to stay!! I could easily move to Tuscany and live amongst the beautiful vineyards tjat sprawl across every inch of the countryside. Guilia, Momma Paola, and Pappa...Grazie Mille!!! Until we return...Ciao!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa di Sotto! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality of this family-run property made us feel at home. The staff truly go above and beyond, and their attention to every little detail is evident throughout the entire experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh, delicious local options to start each day. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by the rolling hills of Chianti, yet it’s perfectly located for exploring the region. We enjoyed easy drives to Siena, San Gimignano, and several charming Tuscan towns, and some of the area’s best wineries are just minutes away. If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan experience with exceptional service in a beautiful location, Villa di Sotto is the perfect choice. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
