I stayed here after a few years since my first visit, and the establishment confirms all its potential. From the entrance, one is welcomed into a structure with evident historical significance, situated in a quiet and well-maintained context. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The breakfast is very varied and offers travelers numerous choices between sweet and savory options. The staff is friendly and helpful. A small gem is the pool area, featuring a relaxing green space with tables and umbrellas, as well as a well-stocked pool bar. The establishment also provides towels for use at the pool. Among the additional services, the excellent restaurant Il Cardinale and the Vespa rental service should undoubtedly be mentioned, allowing one to explore the surrounding green hills on two wheels. If one were to find a small flaw, the prices at the pool bar are slightly high, especially for non-alcoholic beverages, but they are in line with the context of the area.

Stayed 3 nights in a superior room on a walking holiday. Room very nice but window set high so you couldn’t see out which was not ideal. Large bathroom area and comfortable big bed. Separate walking-in wardrobe. Breakfast self service style and fine. Pool generally quiet and relaxing. Location though not as rural as we expected. We were on a half board basis. The restaurant was very nice but the menu limited for half board. If you are staying longer than 2 nights it is restrictive. As am aside Colle Val d’Elsa is not the most picturesque Tuscan village.

We are in colle val d’elsa. Relais 4-star hotel, with great potential: plenty of outdoor space, overlooking hills, historic residence of 1400. Very nice breakfast room that in winter allows you to enjoy the huge fireplace lit. A couple of notes: the price - perhaps - a bit high for quality and area also considering that some accessories were missing - read teapot and coffee machine in the room - now standard equipment. However advisable
