In the heart of the historic center with a breathtaking view. A bit dated in style but very well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choices; a special thanks goes to Ms. Valentina, who was in charge of the breakfast room this morning, truly attentive to the guests and caring in making the service impeccable. Very positive experience!

​Hotel San Luca has a truly excellent location. It is perfect for those who want to leave the car parked and enjoy Cortona on foot, always wandering around the village in total comfort. Special note of merit for the wonderful view that can be enjoyed from the facility. We will definitely return!

The only real positives of this hotel are its location in Cortona and the views from some of the rooms. We booked a Superior Room (#67) for two with a countryside view, but there was nothing particularly special about the room itself to justify the category. Unfortunately, our room was directly below the breakfast room, and every morning starting around 6:00 AM there was significant noise from above—especially chairs being dragged across the floor—which continued until nearly 10:00 AM and made sleeping in impossible. Stay away from the 4th floor! Additionally, another couple in our party had confirmed reserved parking before arrival but were informed upon check-in that parking was no longer available, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise issues and parking experience made the stay fall short of expectations.
