My family and I recently stayed at your hotel, and I am writing to share how pleasant our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel valued immediately. Since our room was not quite ready when we checked in, we were invited to wait in the comfortable, air-conditioned sitting room and were promptly served cold water, which was very refreshing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The provided slippers were a thoughtful touch. Your hotel has wonderful character, and its central location made it incredibly convenient to walk to local restaurants, shops, and amenities. Thank you for a marvelous stay.

We were previously booked into an apartment with Duomo view but that was a disaster as someone was re flooring the room above, after a quick search the Albergo was located visited and reserved . From the start the staff were friendly , professional and helpful , even the price was fair especially for a couple of walk in guests in Florence and a good room was found with excellent rooftop duel aspect views of at least 3 Bell towers and the Duomo at a push ( room 501 ) . Location is excellent if your exploring on foot , breakfast options are wide and varied and English folk are catered for with bacon & scrambled eggs too so that's nice . Yes there can be some noise coming from the surrounding streets but that's what I'd expect in a city and some noises add atmosphere especially all the bells kicking off at various times during the day . The room was kept clean ,the bed was very comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed. If I had one criticism it would be the bath/ shower combo needs updating to a shower cubicle as some other rooms clearly have been in the photos. Other than that I'd have absolutely no problem staying again or recommending to others as in Florence I'm sure you could find better but you'd definitely be paying a lot more or staying further out from the center . It's a good 3 star hotel you pays ya money and makes ya choice.

We are just back from 6 nights at this superb hotel. We were greeted by a wonderful guy (missed his name). Mid 30s with a beard and superb customer service. He is the standout guy on the desk, but they are all great. We were in room 305 which faces out onto the street. There is noise out there but the hotel cannot control that. We just got on with it. Room was tidied every day. The girls really work hard. Breakfast is continental with an option for scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. Treat the girls with respect and they will look after you. Some people are rude to them but they still done their job. Would I recommend this hotel. 100% I would.
