We had 3 nights in Florence and this was a great place to stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main train station Firenze SMN but there’s also a tram line right nearby Belafiore, although we didn’t need that. There are small supermarkets at the train station and a bakery and cafe opposite at the social hub although I didn’t try that. We had a double room, nice size, plenty of room, fantastic roof terrace right off the room. Room also has aircon. Comfy bed. There’s a mini bar with reasonably priced Prosecco, beer, water, cola. There’s also a coffee machine in Reception that you can use any time of day which is lovely AND there’s a fantastic host called Niccolo. This really makes such a difference. He gets in touch before arrival to confirm and sort out arrangements, he’s there at certain hours of the day and is really friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained and I would highly recommend staying here :)

The location is really good, close to the center but not exactly in the center, so you avoid the noise and confusion. The room and private bathroom are not modern but everything is clean and comfortable. The host is great, he helped us get to the parking (really close to the place) and gave us some tips and recommendations. We only stayed two nights so it worked great for us. The room had complementary coffee.

Great experience. The “highlight” of the structure is the host Niccolo’ helpful, friendly and always ready to give information. Congratulations Niccolò!!! Cute accommodation with four poster bed. Room and bathroom clean, with everything you need. Terrace where you can have breakfast and eat. The accommodation is close to Santa Maria Novella station (about 800mt) but you can also take the tramway. We also chose it for its proximity to the Visarno Arena-Cascine Park (about 2 km half an hour walk) to not take the means from the return of the Vasco concert. (if you want you can take the tramway). Recommended! Possibility to have the breakfast basket.
