B&B Relais Il Campanile

I do not think that this structure can be considered B & B but simply unproposable. It's a run-down, dirty, not safe facility. Broken windows, broken doors, cabinets without doors, indecent taps and unsafe electrical outlets. A nightmare. I don't understand how a place like this can still stay open.

This was a scam. Paid for hotel, but they sent our reservations to a hostel at 1/4 the price. No money back. Did not feel safe. Checked out. We had to fight with them. Called the credit card to get any money back. Place was clean and cure but still a scam

We were in Florence from 7 to 9 October for a pleasure trip with friends. The location of the b & b is perfect, super central and within walking distance of all points of interest. Alas, however, we can not be enthusiastic about the b & b itself. The photos you find looking for it on the various sites do not correspond to reality, at least as far as our room and reception are concerned. Faulty front door, we were locked inside for more than 10 minutes, and, despite reporting to the reference number .. no one intervened to solve the malfunction .. neither immediately but not even in the following 48 hours. Only thanks to a person who came from outside we were able to get out. The room has flying power sockets, as well as towel hangers resting on the ground waiting to be mounted properly to the wall, the TV useless .. as it does not work. Cleanliness of the room and stairs leaves much to be desired... as does the bad smell. I have read past reviews where they described friendly and helpful staff.... we have not had the pleasure of seeing anyone... despite my countless calls. Too bad...because the location is really great!
