Great location and well refurbished and renovated hotel. The room was very good for my family of 5. Great service and really enjoyed the bar and roof top restaurant. The restaurant recommendations were spot on and enjoyed the door staff every time we came and went. Highly recommended for you visit to Florence

I am a Hyatt Globalist and this is the only Hyatt in Florence. It was well worth 45,000 points per night. I booked 2 standard rooms and applied two SUA’s to confirm a two queen beds suite for my teenagers and one king suite for my husband and I. We had a beautiful view of the main street, but my kids had a view of a wall. The whole building was very well maintained. I loved the handleless doors! It’s brilliant. I also loved all the butterfly accents throughout. Breakfast buffet was elegant. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Florence, it was like Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills or Ginza of Tokyo. The hotel knew that we do not drink alcohol so they gifted us a nice bottle of nonalcoholic Pinot Noir. It was delicious. My kids received a chocolate dessert in their room. I would come back in a heartbeat.

One of the best stays I've had at a Hyatt hotel. All details were thoughtfully covered and my wife and I truly felt cared for. First of all, the team reached out to me in advance, which allowed me to share my arrival plans plus details of my visit. They not only went out of their way to ensure things were arranged thoughtfully but the entire staff was fantastic. Big shoutout to Andrea from the reception desk, who checked us in and was so hospitable. She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. Also would like to recognize Michael, the door man, who was very knowledgable of Florence, the area and a true representation of what it means to be a hospitality professional. He made recommendations that were spot on! Major kudos to Hyatt for all the details of this property but I'd like to ensure these two are especially recognized.
