Very good location - From Main Station & all tourist locations in Florence.
Co-operative staff. Coffee & croissant for breakfast.
We visited Pisa & Cinque Terre as well.
Room was quite comfortable for three of our family.
Good for Family stay.

This is a very cheap hotel compared to others in Florence, do not expect much!
Room - very simple, no problems and air con was good quality. The bed was probably clean but I still found some old blood stains and even had some bed bug bites!!!
Hotel - first floor accessible by a very small elevator. Only 4/5 rooms but do not consider this a boutique hotel, looks like a converted apartment. Breakfast was one coffee capsule and a croissant from a plastic bag.
Location - average, still a 20 minute walk to the town centre.
Pictures from the website looked a lot better than reality.

Easy to find. Old fashioned lift, but we only used this when we arrived and left due to suitcase and room was only on the first floor. Little bit confusing as there are two B&B next to each other on that floor and the signs were quite small. Advised before arrival of what time we would be there and were greeted by a very friendly lady. She asked politely if we could pay there and then, which was fine and gave us a receipt. The is a shared kettle, microwave, fridge and a cake that you could help yourself to. We stayed in the “baby room” which was clean and very spacious. 2 bottles of water were left in the room for us and we were asked what time we would like our breakfast to be delivered to the room. Breakfast was on time both mornings and was lovely. Choice of tea or coffee, glass of orange juice, slice of cake, toast with jam and croissant. Shower was great, plenty of storage space. Little confused with the shutters on the windows but managed to sort this. Only problem is if you want to get changed in the room or have a little privacy you do need to close the shutters. We were above the Halal kebab shop and was a little noisy until they closed around midnight. There was a lot of roadworks going on around the time of our stay, well we didn’t see any workmen but the roads were dug up. It was quite deserted and we felt a little uncomfortable in the area but this takes nothing away from the B&B. We had a lovely stay, with no problems. It was about a 10/15 minute walk from Piazza santa maria novella which had some lovely restaurants but easy enough to find.
