Very poor ➖ There were plenty of BED BUGS!!! We are all bitten everywhere on the body - our hands and whole bodies are covered with bites! The room and bathroom were dirty, this is the worst hotel I ever stay. Definitely AVOID! Don’t believe people from the hotel. We have never experienced bed bugs before in any of the hotels that we have stayed in and now we have to throw out all out clothes from this trip because we are petrified to bring any of the bed bugs to our home. I have pictures of bugs and our bitten bodies. I have killed around 8 bugs myself on the bed and wall. Bites are very itchy and painful. We are going to make a complain about the hotel. Don’t book this hotel if you want to be healthy! ➕ Nothing

I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter and her boyfriend who had the most miserable experience at this hotel. After a delayed flight & a delayed train, they walked 30 mins in a thunderstorm, arriving at 12.30 in the evening to find the hotel locked and no-one on the desk. They called the number but got no reply. Youngsters just turned 18 who found themselves in the middle of the night in a strange city, in the pouring rain, exhausted and with nowhere to stay. Eventually they found one hotel who had a bed for the night. They returned the next day after 3pm check-in (surely already paid for the night!) and were told the website hosts had made a mistake. Right - across their own site & booking.com & others?? not the hotel's fault!!?? "FRIENDLY 24-HOUR RECEPTION STAFF". Trying to fob the kids off, upset and now out of pocket on the other hotel. Every website is a lie, they DO NOT have 24 hour reception staff. The rest of the 'facilities' - had to use Google translate to speak to the staff. No soap, one loo roll. They didn't try the breakfast. The cage lift regularly broke down between floors. They'd return to the hotel and find someone stuck in the lift. No staff. It's a budget hotel but spend your budget elsewhere. AVOID this hotel.

Settled at a great spot near the historical centre of Florence and great monuments.. The hospitality was great bad the room was very poor for their value. The furnitures was old and the walls have a little dirt in some points instead of bathroom that was very clean .
