Caravaggio

I had a delightful experience in this hotel. It is both modern and traditional, with a fine continental breakfast in the morning, and a place to eat on the communal patio. I really liked their lobby, which was modern, chic, and had a small, intimate yet fully-stocked bar. Best of all, I was very fortunate to get the room right above the center window on the front, with a beautiful view of the Piazza dell'Indipendenza, and there was even a Caravaggio framed print above the bed! Conveniently walkable to the main centres of town and a quiet neighborhood to get some shuteye at night.

Lovely hotel. Very central and close to the train station. Staff were very helpful, especially Carlos who gave us ideas of lovely places to visit. All of the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend the hotel. It is a fantastic base and fabulous resturants close by.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the train station and all the major attractions. Staff were all very polite and helpful and you received a voucher for a welcome cocktail on arrival. Breakfast was a good selection of Meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee etc. The only slight negative was that we had a room at the front of the hotel and the traffic was quite noisy during the night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Florence.
