Every last one of the staff made our stay the most amazing time, incredibly helpful with absolutely everything - going above and beyond. The location and the views of the city from our room was also just magical

Excellent experience. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was amazing. Excellent service from all the staff-reception, restaurant and spa. The pool and garden were even more beautiful than the photos

Stayed Friday to Monday for a couples weekend break. Couldn't fault the hotel and staff from start to finish. Room was perfect, cleaned every day (even if we left the room late) All Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa and outside pool a real added bonus and just what was needed to break up the sight seeing in the afternoon and escape the heat. Food very good quality and the hotel is perfectly placed for access to all the sights you must visit. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.
