The host showed a very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude in communication. Very disapponted about this. Not recommended.

A big thank you to Nina, and the person who cleans up, for the Welcoming, the great cleanliness, and very good bedding. Responds quickly in case of problems. Close to the center and train station, we highly recommend this property.

B&B a few minutes from the station and practically 10 minutes from Piazza Duomo. Self check in by means of entrances with codes provided in the morning via whatsapp, all very simple. Two long flights of stairs to reach the first floor, to be evaluated in case you have difficulties. Staff presence only in the morning. Room of acceptable size, no wardrobe, bathroom without bidet; air conditioning, all clean , functional. French beds, good quality rest. In the morning you go to the kitchen and they prepare a breakfast tray (purely sweet ) with fresh croissants , jam, bread, yogurt, juice, coffee / cappuccino and you consume it in your room. Given the prices of Florence, the great location and the services offered, I think it is a great solution.
