This place is cosy, charming and inexpensive. We loved our stay there and we were warmly greeted by Alessandro at the desk. The neighborhood is calm and provides a welcome change from the crowded center. The little private courtyard was lovely. The room also had AC, which is very important as the temperature during the day was 40C, and 30C at night. However, the Wifi service could be improved - the internet was down a few times during our stay and I had to use my cellular data. More importantly, this place is not a "bed and breakfast", as they don't serve breakfast. It is a guest house. There is a coffee machine, but during our first morning there, there also was no coffee that we could find (there was coffee on our second morning). We went to a local bakery 2 minutes away for breakfast, and ate it in the nice courtyard of the Harmony. Overall, a great spot for the price. I would book again.

We spent four nights here in August 2018. We had a lovely welcome from Alessandro despite our train getting us in over an hour late. Our room was very comfortable with a small fridge, air conditioning and a nice bathroom. One cup of coffee is provided for free in the morning. There are cafes etc a few blocks away and Cimarosa Harmony is close to the bus stop that will take you straight to the main train station. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. There's lots of road development going on preparing for more tram routes so crossing some of the roads is interesting! We will definitely return: for Florence this was fabulous value for money.

We stayed here for two nights. Basic Italian guest house in a safe residential area. Clean and definitely value for money. Breakfast wasn’t included, however the owner suggested a local cafe for breakfast and it costed minimal. Authentic Italian restaurants within few yards. Not close to train station or main attractions. However, bus stop was nearby and very convenient to travel. Owner was good and gave quite a few handy tips on travelling and exploring Florence.
