Positive notes: the location, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Florence, the cleanliness of the rooms, the tranquility of the place, and the possibility to park the car. Unfortunately, it stops here; the hotel is more than classic, it is old, from the furniture to the details, breakfast is simply unclassifiable, all products are packaged from the worst discount stores, general neglect that honestly surprised me given that the rooms are clean, bags of dirty linens in the hallways, storage and bathroom doors perpetually open, and a neglected garden. Shower kit and cotton towels like in the 80s. Unfortunately, it would take very little...

Very disappointed by this hotel which initially hints at beautiful things. Breakfast type industrial no bread..biscot bread milk bread bread..brief industrial Wake-up call at 7.30am causes significant noise from breakfast dishes As a small towel we had table napkins..not easy for the hair... Nice staff. A little off-center from the center it takes between 20 and 30 minutes on foot

The 2 staff members were lovely and friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. Although it doesn't have a restaurant or bar, it was great for a short stay. Recommend it.
