Very racist customer. They were disrespectful and made inappropriate, discriminatory remarks. This was an unpleasant experience.

Blood on the bedsheets, mold in the shower, stuffy rooms that made your chest tight and throat hurt, this was the worst hotel we stayed at during our 15day trip across Italy. We stayed at c-hotel Joy just down the street and that is worlds better.
