Very relaxing experience, staff truly kind, we had an upgrade for the inconvenience caused by the noise of the elevator. Clean and comfortable room. Too bad about the breakfast not being up to the price, for 25 dollars I would have liked better quality products.

Probably one of the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. The Service in the hotel is exceptional. From the reception desk who greeted us Abdel and Amir to the evening reception who doubled as a great bartender Dario. The manager Hector was as super accommodating . The rooms are quite big. But the most remarkable part was definitely the breakfast. Where are you? Ukrainian born Young man. Who is a saxophone player has become the chef. When eggs are not just eggs. The pastries were divine and the fresh orange juice was stellar.

We walked from the train station to this hotel (very walkable) on the Arno. As we walked in, the 2 men at the front desk (June 6th) were very friendly and polite. They offered cold refreshments as we checked in. Our room was large and clean. They have a terrace in the rooftop overlooking the city and Arno River to relax. The hotel offers breakfast which we did not participate as we are not big breakfast eaters. But their dining area was spacious. The hotel is right next to the US Embassy. Florence is small, it is very walkable everywhere from the hotel.
