Basic but had everything we needed. A bit old and could do with upgrade but we weren't there for the hotel so it was fine. Cafe feronne was a lovely wee bistro cafe and the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. I missed them when I left Florence.

The hotel is located near a major road and the tram is a couple of blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was very good. Offsite parking is avaiable.

A team ride from the main train station this basic hotel is fine if you just want to sleep..bar want open had to ask a member of staff for a drink...only had beer in a can.Breakfast is fine ...continental but plenty of it.
