Domus Florentiae

It is absolutely not comparable to the service offered by a 4-star hotel, now dilapidated, here we are no longer talking about a historic building. The room is sad and uncared for. However, I must acknowledge the kindness and attention of the concierges

Very friendly staff, everything very clean, and a truly charming and elegant location.

Hotel with excellent location, both for public transport and to the main tourist attractions. As for the rest and for a four-star installation is overrated. The rooms are medium, see if any use and some lack of maintenance however for a short stay (summered 4 nights) serves. The negative aspect is the breakfast. With very little variety and the room is tiny with three/four two-seater tables. On the last day we were surprised because when we asked for croissants they told us that they only had two and that was what they put us in a plate (?). They said they didn't have any more. There were also the same cakes that were present in the four days of our stay. In summary, only worth the excellent location and sympathy by the reception staff.
