We are still stuck in this hotel while writing this review. We are booked for four nights through our travel agent. This is the third night.
The air-conditioning was not working at all when we checked into the room. A technician was sent but it could not be fixed. As the hotel was full, we were told that we would be moved to another room the following morning and to pack up all our stuff before heading out on our day tour and the hotel staff would move us to another room during the day.
When we got back from our tour on day 2, we were told the air-conditioning is now fixed and to return to the old room. However, the air-conditioning was operating at room temperature and not blowing cool, air-conditioned air.
We complained for the 3rd. time this morning and asked them to fix it during the day. We just returned from our day tour but the air-conditioner is only blowing air at room temperature.
I complained for the fourth time and the reception accepted this and have just sent us a small table fan.
Day 3 is also going to be an uncomfortable night.
This is not the service one would expect from a four star hotel.
There were even mosquitos in the room the last 2 nights.
The hotel seems quite unconcerned that the air-conditioning has not been functional for three full days.
