The hotel is centrally located just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and close waking distance to Palazzo dei Congressi, Central Market, train and Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The staff were helpful and friendly and our room (which had a lovely view overlooking the City including the Dumo) was immaculately clean. I also loved the old fashioned lift!

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old building, where each floor houses a different hotel, with common access by a single elevator of a very old model too, but it worked well. Its location is in a central area, close to Santa Maria Novella station, which allows you to make the sights walking. The room we stayed in was simple, clean and had a good size, but the bathroom very tight, especially the box area. Breakfast with few options and the location of access is not indicated for those with reduced mobility, as it is located on the terrace and has to climb many lances of narrow stairs.
