Hilton Florence Metropole Hotel

My wife and I enjoyed our stay from 6-9 June. The hotel was clean and our room was nice with a King bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us when needed, and the hotel shuttle to the tram station is a nice option to have to be able to get around the city. There is a nice restaurant on site and the lounge/bar area on the ground floor is nice as well. We would stay there again!

Everyone here was great! The hotel was very nice! The executive lounge was a HUGE bonus! Wine and beer in the evening! Everyone at the front desk is AWESOME! Bathroom was great and room is clean and the AIR CONDITIONER worked so well!!! Thank you Doubletree in Florence! I would recommend to anyone!

I stayed for two nights; the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent, but special mention goes to the two receptionists positioned at the entrance of the establishment. They understood the issue and immediately took action, brilliantly resolving a problem that could have caused a significant delay for the concert that evening at the Hippodrome area, which was the reason for our weekend. So a huge thank you to Luca and especially to the sweet and knowledgeable Bianca, who made the memorable show of The Cure even more fantastic.
