Hotel Bonifacio

No air-conditioning working in rooms, staff rude and no mini bar or working fridge in rooms- false advertising

We were very disappointed in our room. There was no air conditioning and it was right next-door to a daycare. The children started playing at 8 AM and continued throughout the morning. The room is very nice, the bathroom is small. It is very clean and well maintained. It is located very close to the Duomo, and excellent restaurants. I would not stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here and truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were the nicest we’ve ever met- Ivan and Saleem - so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing. They really made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. Such an amazing place and the location is safe and really close to the center. I will definitely be back! Although it’s officially a 3-star hotel, it honestly felt like a 5-star stay.
