Hotel Etrusca

the woman who works here (she looks like the women from India) asked me speaking loudly for closing the door of the elevator (it’s a very old one, not so easy to operate). and then as she spoke to me that way (an inappropriate way of speaking to a client) i just ignored her. she even pointed a finger at me and after she said me to go to the s*** (like f*** u) in italian. i truly hope that no one come here in order to not have to experience this kind of situation.

We're two girls from 18 years old and we're traveling through Italy. This was our second destination and we really really didn't liked it at all. Firenze was beautiful but this hotel really sucked. We said that we would arrive at 22 o'clock and there was no one who could let us in. They didn't want to come to the hotel anymore so for the first night we had to find another place to stay. The cleaning lady let us in by morning, she was friendly. Our room was very small, but that was not a problem for us. Today we wanted to check out but nobody was here, again. So we called them, and they said they would come. 2 hours later the cleaning lady arrived and she had to do everything. There were 6 people waiting at the reception. 3 girls already had left, without checking out, cause nobody was there. Two other people couldn't check in, and they couldn't get in because there was no one. The phone rang all the time and there was no one to answer. Don't go here. They won't help you. The fact that they just wouldn't come to the hotel for our check in, and we had to find another hotel that night, is unacceptable. We also payed 98 euros for two nights. Which is waaaay to much for what you get. Choose smart x

We booked this as a budget-friendly option, but I would definitely suggest you spend more on somewhere a bit nicer. The room served its purpose as a place to sleep, but aside from that it didn't offer much else. The location is great, but the amenities and overall feel of the place were significantly lacking.
