Hotel Home Florence

Very disappointed. We have stayed with Eurostars before and enjoyed it . This time the room was tiny and not very clean. The bed sheets had weird stains and the coffee tray was dusty . In fairness they did dust it well and kept our room clean after I raised it . The staff were underwhelming in their welcome and were at best very perfunctory but that may be because they seemed seriously understaffed. Weird tables at breakfast -my H banged his leg as the tables seem to be very low -or a low rim …That said, location is great !

Bed linen really very good (very right) and bathroom ok, with the exception of the bathroom exhaust (no windows). It's not that he was bad, you can say he didn't exist. Breakfast very good, especially because of the care of Barbara. Reasonable location. The terrace is legal. The staff at the reception clearly shows that they would like to be anywhere other than there talking to you. Speaking instruction quickly and at speed 2. True, none of what we asked for was denied, but he noted that they would rather have the body in flames than be behind the counter. (Less Michelle, this should become general manager of the place! What a caring and polite boy). If he and Barbara are followed as an example, the hotel has a future.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The concierge, every single one we met was more than helpful and extremely diligent It’s good value for the price. Nice quiet street in a safe neighbourhood
