Too much waiting time between courses, pasta with inedible sauce, was found inside a hair, in addition it was cold watery and with little tomato and salt. That's totally unacceptable.

My daughter was on a trip to Florence, Food inedible and poor, the soup kitchen looks better, hair in pillowcases and little cleanliness, a three star is totally exaggerated, in my part they are called inns... All the boys complained and between parents we exchanged photos and comments of the boys... Never again

Good location to reach the center of Florence, multi-storey parking very close to the hotel. Spacious and clean room, good breakfast (payable separately).
