Hotel in a magnificent location and in a quiet area, refined and very original decor. Red does not prevail, as one might think; what prevails are the tones of white and gray, in perfect harmony with the structure. Good breakfast and the small garden area reserved for smokers was very useful for me. The only huge flaw is the standard rooms: not small, but tiny with only an exposed coat rack and a very small drawer. We had to leave all our stuff in the suitcase and put it in an awkward corner to reach. For 350 dollars a night, it is not possible to be put in such a cramped room. Under these conditions, although with regret, we will not be able to return.

Very pleasant stay, hotel overlooking the beautiful Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. Very well-kept environment that knows how to blend the retro lines of the building with decidedly modern furnishings and decorative elements. The room occupied was not very large but well-kept. Small drawback: air conditioning too low, it was almost cold in the lobby. Breakfast could be improved.

Excellent location, close enough to the centre of Florence that everything is walkable, but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of the tourist chaos. The hotel itself is well designed, comfortable, and offers a level of luxury above the price range of rooms. Good size bedroom and bathroom, the only downside was that there wasn’t a safe in the room. Super breakfast in the enclosed courtyard, with a range of continental and ‘American’ breakfast items, and some very good coffee. I really enjoyed my stay here and would gladly return if I ever visit Florence again.
