I like the supser central location, the nice elegant building and the retro flare of the place, a real home a little bit old but overall well kept Nice, essential bedroom, old bathroom, very nice and welcoming staff. Reasonable prices. There is no breakfast room, so they try their best: breakfast on a tray, you can ask for what you like and have a good breakfast in your room looking at the beautiful Via Tornabuoni.

I was first stunned by the beauty and location . First through the door next to Prada in the main shopping street. Upstairs I was welcomed into the salon with better ancient wallmurals than the museums. My room was warm and comfortable . Perfect location and helpful experienced hostess.. but the freedom to come and go day and night..like a home from home.

The Hotel Scoti is a charming old Pensione in the heart of Florence. The rooms feature chandeliers, candelabra, stained glass and plush period furniture, all a little faded but elegant still. What it lacks in mod cons, it makes up for in Florentine ambience. The location in a narrow cobbled street in the midst of the fashion district is fabulous.
