The photos were likely taken years ago; the rooms aren't in very good condition, on the picture there is an example, the air conditioning didn't work well, and the heat at night was terrible. On the downside, there is no elevator, and you have to climb a lot of stairs—about fout floors—which isn't pleasant after walking around the city all day or arriving with luggage after a long trip. It doesn't offer good value for money; the only real plus is that it's very close to everything in the city. I really wouldn't go back.

Just perfect. Incredible location, immersed in the towers of Florence visible from the terrace that houses a breakfast table on a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and clean. The common areas, kitchen and sitting room, cozy and the breakfast rich and plentiful. It made our holiday perfect.

The genuine care the staff has for each guest is amazing. The cleanliness of the entire property is astounding. Food was fabulous & price was not bad.
