Do not stay here, the room was disgustingly hot and they were not accommodating to that. They have a fan and that's it during the heat wave.I am sure it's okay in the winter. I had to work and the WiFi was not working, they said they would call someone and yet two hours later...nothing. But that's worst part was the bathroom. It was filthy and riddled with black mold. I advise anyone to stay far away from this place until they upgrade their hospitality and at least keep the place clean.

Arrival and departure are self-service, except that you are not given a checkout time. As a result, when we came to collect the bags left in the room, they were in the hallway for everyone to see, even though it was only 11:30 AM. The room is fine, but the BB is located above a convenience store that is open 24/7 where all the local misfits gather and create quite a mess. It was impossible to sleep all night!

This B&B is fantastic! It is located right in the center of Florence and you can reach everything on foot in a few minutes. The best thing though is the staff: they were very good and super nice. They welcomed us with a smile and helped us with every little thing. They make you feel really at home. The room was very clean. If you come to Florence, I would definitely recommend you to come here. I will definitely be back!
