The aparthotel is located on a quiet street, 25 minutes walking distance from the city center. Bus stops nearby, which are especially useful if you want to get to the other side of the Arno River (when we visited Florence, there were constant delays due to road work). Rooms were clean, stylishly furnished, and well-equipped (just no washing machine – at least not in ours). We found the layout with furniture practical, as it provided a small living area with a sofa and TV next to the open kitchen and bedroom (where the large, comfortable double bed ensures a good night's sleep). There is air conditioning in the hallway and bedroom, both with wall remote control - this significantly enhances living and especially sleeping quality. The bathroom has a bidet and a decent shower stall, unfortunately only with a fixed shower head, without a hose. A big advantage, especially in summer, is the underground garage – a bit tight, but sufficient for compact cars (and in Florence, you don't want to drive upper mid-range anyway 😉 ). A small downside was the power outlets: only two were of type F (as they are commonly used in Germany), the others were Italian, so an adapter would be helpful. By the way, there is a small pizzeria with a bar under the hotel, where you can comfortably spend the evening.

Last summer we were here too. We liked it so much then that this year we also booked our accommodation near the center of Florence. The Review is almost identical to that of a year ago. Our apartment (this time no. 1B) had 2 rooms and was more than adequately spacious. Only the shower cubicle is on the tight side (challenge for fatties). The apartment was completely clean. Everything looks neatly maintained. There are 2 air conditioning units, which can be operated independently of each other. Security is fine. You need a code to enter building and the same for the room. The parking lot is behind the building behind a gate that can be opened with the same code. Around the corner from the hotel is a Carrefour Express with a more than adequate assortment for daily shopping (closed Sunday!). In fifteen minutes you walk to the center. The apartment is located just outside the ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato), so you also have no problems driving in and out. Only check-out for us is on the early side: 10:00 a.m. With a lot of effort we were able to gather half an hour.

Great apartment, super comfortable and modern with everything you need. We also loved the necessities for the small... high chair, bath towel, cot box... Also great location, just 15 min walk from the historic center of Florence. There is also the possibility of parking. I highly recommend. Special thanks to the receptionist, very kind and helpful.
