My husband and I were here in Italy for our 25th anniversary. Florence was our 3rd stop on our trip and Hotel Loggiato Dei Serviti was THE best hotel experience that we had! The rooms were filled with so much charm, Nespresso maker included too. The temperature was nice and cool. The staff were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we were never in need for anything. The breakfast! OMG was so good. This hotel is perfection! Close to everything. If I’m ever in Florence again, I will make sure I book with this exceptional hotel. Thank you thank you!!!

To be honest this hotel was not quite as special as we thought it would be. Positive: brilliant location slightly away from the tourist heart of Florence but still walking distance. Located in historic square. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Negative: quite small bedrooms. Our view (at the back) was of a brick wall. Lack of communal space which was v dark so it lacked atmosphere. It only takes up a small part of the old convent but the photos make it appear bigger than it is. Given the above points, it felt rather expensive, though maybe that’s normal for Florence and in fact this hotel is good value? Unfortunately Florence is an overpriced city now.

My husband and I, with 40 family members, spent 8 days here celebrating our 65th wedding anniversary. The lovely boutique hotel and location at Piazza Della SS Annunziata was a perfect choice! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture, and Chiara along with her entire staff had us all feeling quite at home. We all had an experience that will last a lifetime, and that includes ages from 4 yrs. to 87 yrs! Loggiato Dei Serviti was centrally located and an easy starting point for everyone’s daily excursions. We definitely made a wonderful choice! 🇮🇹
