Beautiful place but the room was neglected, particularly the shower had limescale along the walls. Sanitary fixtures without a warranty seal, empty towel container, entrance door that needed to be assisted to close properly. The staff at the tables did not seem experienced and qualified, but they were attentive at the moment. Furthermore, the establishment does not accept Amex credit cards, which seems contradictory in today's world.

Satisfactory stay in every respect. Clean and well-organized facility, very kind staff, especially Giovanni and Luis, who worked hard to meet our needs. However, be careful, YOU MUST REACH THIS PLACE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY BY YOUR OWN MEANS; relying on public transport means being trapped! Aside from a few sporadic buses, it is not easy to move around from the hotel.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery and located about a 15-minute drive from the Calenzano or Barberino di Mugello highway exits. It’s a great option if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of a big city and enjoy a quieter, more intimate setting. The hotel offers parking, and within a few kilometers you can find local restaurants serving excellent meat dishes. The rooms are comfortable, although we did feel a bit cold during our stay, as the air conditioning (used as heating) didn’t seem to work very well. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff is very kind and helpful.
