Desirable location, truly optimal parking at a very reasonable price. The apartment is well-kept, but there were a bit too many mosquitoes in the room, and there were no soaps for the shower. Otherwise, everything was very clean. The only major note is that upon our return around 1:30 AM, we found a person lying on a sofa, watching a video at high volume that seemed to us to be "an adult video"; the man, from his demeanor, did not seem to belong to the establishment. The entrance doors have an electronic key.

Very good location, very nice neighborhood. Perfect for sightseeing, restaurants and the market. Clean room, comfortable bedding and functional bathroom. For a short stay for two in low season, it is pleasant provided you are not looking too much at certain services such as the slightly aging decoration (despite renovation attempts that already seem old and damaged) and dirty and outdated common areas. Some fittings are so doubtful that they border on gag (tap not in front of the sink for example 🤣) The big weakness: the soundproofing is really bad: - between rooms (you can really hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and hallways) - the noise of cars, the back street is very busy with cobblestones which accentuates the noise even more. We had to buy quiescent balls to sleep. For a stay in summer it must be untenable. And be careful if you are offered one of the two bedrooms in annex of the main building, refuse without concession. These are old garages that face directly onto the street, without soundproofing the old coach door, and to top it all off with blind windows so no way to see the sky or bring in natural light. This is the room that was allocated to us and we refused it. The receptionist tried to take us for idiots by explaining that it was like this in Florence 🤔 before agreeing to rehouse us in the main building very fortunately with real windows and shutters (as in the whole main building by the way). This is a shame because the property is very beautiful from the outside but the services are really insufficient to put a positive evaluation for a residence classified 4 stars.

I arrive and we leave the suitcases in the apparently very cute apartment unfortunately on return the bitter surprise the beds were sofa bed of the worst quality banana shape useless because you go blood to the head hallucinating We are forced to put the mattresses on the ground in order to sleep! Incredible at the reception in front of our complaint we were told that they knew about this issue and that they were providing in the future to change....BUT IN THE MEANTIME THEY RENT THEM! A shame! Don't come to this big ***** at all! The night is in white 🤬 The apartment is nice but there is a big problem with the bed looks like a banana is impossible to sleep there the blood will go all in the head really bad to explain is a sofa’ bed in the middle there is a cave where you fall you have your feet up compared with the head terrible 🤬 The reception told they know about this problem but they keep renting this is very bad DO NOT CAME HERE!
