Very beautiful and welcoming property, modern and functional rooms. All areas very clean. Extensive breakfast and breakfast staff very kind and friendly.

In the group we travelled with Avrupa Russi, breakfast was served in two separate sections: a buffet for hotel guests and a third-rate breakfast on the first floor – it could hardly be called breakfast, it was awfully low quality, there wasn't a single bite of anything edible. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I stayed at NH Firenze and the experience was very positive. The property is modern, elegant and located in a quiet area, about 15-20 minutes walk from the historic center of Florence, ideal for those who want to visit the city without sacrificing tranquility. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, always professional and attentive to the needs of guests. Also excellent breakfast, very varied. Overall I recommend this hotel for both leisure and business trips, thanks to the quality services and the welcoming atmosphere.
