Beautiful hotel very clean lobby area Nice swimming pool Very polite and friendly reception staff Very polite and friendly housekeeping team members Negative:- four star property but no tea coffee facilities in room basic amenities which even two star hotels provide, we stay 2 days no tea coffee provided. I asked for tea bag bar person said 4 euro Seariously really bad. I went walking outside to buy tea bags, hoping 5hey will provide milk but I was wrong I asked for milk bar person REALLY RUDE saying we don't provide milk. Think before you book this hotel or prepare yourself get tea bags and milk and sorry cups and tea spoon as well. But reception team very helpful

Very beautiful and welcoming property, modern and functional rooms. All areas very clean. Extensive breakfast and breakfast staff very kind and friendly.

In the group we travelled with Avrupa Russi, breakfast was served in two separate sections: a buffet for hotel guests and a third-rate breakfast on the first floor – it could hardly be called breakfast, it was awfully low quality, there wasn't a single bite of anything edible. I absolutely do not recommend it.
