The convenient location but otherwise a total disappointment, luxury has nothing but the restored exterior facade. unclear booking, very high cost not justified for the care and services of the apartment. A broken chair, broken bed slats, yes 3 televisions worked poorly only one, the kitchen with broken pieces! Not even a free bottle of water for nearly 700 of 2 days!!Poor cleaning. The unfriendly hosts. Definitely not coming back!

Beware, hosts are totally rude and do not take responsibility for issues in the apt. There is false advertising in Expedia and Booking.com. There is no air conditioning or heating in Oct allowed, as the site says. There are no down comforters, iron, ironing board. slippers or complete toiletries. When I called to ask for these things, the host yelled at me and then hung up on me - it was shameful to be treated this way. Beware of kitchenette, you cannot use the stove or microwave. Definately do not stay here.

What a beautiful place to stay. Well presented, cleaned. Great location. Staff so friendly & attentive when we asked for guidance. Highly recommend. We will be back when we visit Florence again. Pats with the puppy was my main highlight.
