Excellent location. Just steps away from the Duomo... in the heart of the San Lorenzo district. Clean room. The manager is a delightful and accommodating person. Now for the downsides: the room has a bathroom with a sink, bidet, and shower... but the toilet is missing. The description was not very clear at the time of booking. The room is not properly soundproofed, and you can hear the noise from the street. It is true that it overlooks the center, but a bit more soundproofing would not hurt. Not recommended for those with mobility disabilities because accessing the building requires climbing a steep staircase with more than a few steps. Overall, it was still a positive experience.

Very pleasant welcome, also in French which is quite appreciable when you have average English! Very clean bedding, (and God knows I'm annoying about that) clean room and bathroom as well. Well located hotel not far from the Duomo. I highly recommend

What an amazing hotel, especially for only being 1 star! Perfect location, literally 2 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only downside is that there's no A/C, but with the fan on and the windows open it wasn't bad at all. The staff was very nice and the owner was the sweetest woman ever! Would definitely stay here again!
